Of all the pieces to be NQ it's the feet? Gimp.

fTP + 0.1 on a 3.0 WS is a 3.333% increase in WS damage.
STR +5 on a 60% STR mod WS is 5*.60*.83 + .25*5 =~ 3.75 increase in base damage. On a 39 D weapon with that much STR, you're looking at (assuming 110 STR)

D=39+54.78+27.5=121.28 (Before Neck)
D=125 (After)

Increase = 3.1%

Math, don't take it for

oh shii... you're right, I guess I did just whoosh myself lol. Forgot Blitz Ring wasn't all jobs, just remembered it was same icon as Serket's, grabbed a pic, and posted it without looking.

War's1-4 made me laff, but campaign is hardly a fair place to judge gear. I gone to campaign on my MNK as /WHM with full MP gear and AF2 simply because i'm lazy as hell and its easier than swapping out full equip.

I think THF4 was just farming & being lazy about it. That WHM may have just warped since your in bastok, the SMN1 though.....god that is awesome.

The math is fine, I didn't word it properly though: The Gorget will add 3.333% to the total WS damage, the mods will add 3.1% to the base D. This does not include Sneak attack / Trick attack. I'm assuming you're testing with Mercy Stroke, as this is the ONLY relevant WS to it. If you are saying the math is wrong tell me what else you used, it is quite possible I made a mistake. Also, unless you are certain your PDIF is capped, that variation can be attributed to PDIF variation. If you ARE sure your PDIF is capped, then you are probably fighting level 1 rabbits. If you are fighting level 1 rabbits your fSTR will most likely be capped, which would favor damage towards the gorget, as you would not get the .25 fSTR base D mod when fSTR is already capped.

Please tell me exactly how you tested it, if you want to refute my algebra. Still not saying my math isn't wrong, just saying that your test doesn't say anything about it.
