Should be able to send it as a text message. Like, go to your photo gallery on your phone, select the image you want, and there should be a send option. From there you can put in your e-mail address and it should send. That's how it works on mine anyway, but could be slightly different.

Adaman legs are fine, it's probably more the Rajas Ring/Antivenom Earring/Insomnia Earring/M Hands. Shadow Mantle is okay I guess, I wouldn't personally want one for my pld :/
