In their favor. Neither of them have Valor, Koenig Bodys or Aers. Eudon is a fresh out of the box 75 PLD so I doubt by the time that SS was taken that he even was able to add any merits to it yet. Mrb had a Defending Ring so tbh there were worse possible choices to tank in.

I would have used Gallent Surcoat+1 or even the normal one but honestly I'm envious of the regen effect that piece gives.
