I'm pretty sure they're real, actually (the 10 million healpoints achievement was hinted at several times by some dev whose name escapes me, at least)

But we won't know for sure until update day/straight from Valve's mouth I guess.

Even if they aren't, the imo best unlockable, the new Syringe Gun, comes first, then the Critzkrieg is second, so you don't have to get too many of the obscenely difficult ones just to have the crit-uber. The Ubersaw seems kind of useless to me, anyway, as using it would entail berserker charging into a pack of enemies. The only case I could see it being good is if the enemies have a just downright absolutely retarded spy who keeps trying to kill you.

Different than regular Warpath. They tweaked the map some and made it end faster now. It's actually a lot of fun. I once went 120:18 as heavy on _Final, my best match ever.
