Vegas Bachelor Party Ideas

So I need to throw my little brother a bachelor party. He lives in Vegas, which should make it pretty easy, right? Well the problem is the group that we will be going with isn't the 'lets go bar/club/strip hopping on the strip' group. Most of us are past that time in our lives. We will still hit one or two, but we won't focus on it. I was thinking about going to an improv or comedy club in the late afternoon (4ish?) then a bar or something later that night.

It has been a few years since I was last in Vegas, can anyone around there recommend a few good comedy clubs or improv places? Any other ideas BGers?

There are times in your life when you make exceptions to your norm. Bachelor parties is one of those times. Never been to Vegas though, but I'm getting married soon and gonna be disappointed if I'm not drunk and gambling by the time my bachelor party is over.

Edit: The only problem I see with this is that your brother lives in Vegas, which means he's probably done all of the above. I'd want to do something different and out of the box for a bachelor party, so maybe an improv/cpmedy club is the way to go. Just don't do shit he can do any weekend of the year. Go skydiving/indoor skydiving. I'm sure there's a DZ somewhere nearby.

House rigs ftw . Reasoning behind this...free equipment rentals all through the A licensing. $40 a day for rental now though is kinda getting me to lean toward buying a used rig, definitely Apex, but the wedding is putting finances on a short leash. Not been able to do a whole lot this summer because of it.

How many jumps you have logged now?

As for comedy clubs I've been to the Riviera Comedy Club 2-3 times and have never been disappointed, so you may wanna try it.

Just snagged my A, actually. Sitting @ 26. I'm renting too atm, but am going to be working at my DZ over summer and am committed to getting a rig before then so that I can jump a bunch. Renting costs so much that pretty soon I'll have spent the same amount as a substantial portion of a new rig. This becomes even more scary if I'm jumping every few days. Apex though? BOooooOoooo. If you're going to go for a used cheapy, at least try to get a Wings or something so that you don't die ok. No Javelin/Mirage/Odyssey? Hah :X

is it bad that i still have/use my old T-10? i "technically" shoulda turned it in when i got outta the army...but i <3 this chute and can't ever see myself using a civi-rig...especially if someone else packed it.
