This is the last thing I'm going to post about wow, but serious question, since I'm not that serious of a wow player. What endgame raids have been nerfed enough to make them easily accessible to semi-casual players? Stuff like SSC/TK/MH/BT has been out for a pretty long time, and those aren't remotely casual friendly. Even naxx, the old level 60 pre-expansion raid, is relatively hard to do with geared 70s. I think a lot of people that don't actually play wow, confuse casual friendly things like pvp, heroics, etc.(which in ffxi terms would be like ballista, assault, besieged, etc.) with high-end raiding. You could say stuff like badge gear or removing attunements made things easier for semi-casual players, but that didn't make the raids harder themselves, just makes it easier for said players to get into the raids in the first place without being a waste of a slot.

I wish I could have at least gotten to try stuff past tier 1 just to say I beat it. I thought the actual event was fun (although I'm sure it gets old after clearing odin), but the lack of scaling, and design towards a 24-36 person group made it pretty unaccessible for my small ls. We even tried to put together a separate einherjar ls and recruit some outside people, but that fell apart after the second run. Than again, that was before they nerfed it.
omg SE nerfing shit for semi casuals
