My guess is it has something to do with the emergency maintenance/recovery that has been occurring on several random servers as of late. Preemptive fixing of those problems on all servers, perhaps.

so 1800-2030 for those of us who are GMT+1 which would be both sweden and Belgium, unless I too, fail maths.

Well, currently the UK go by BST, which is GMT+1, and we're actually in BST+1 here in sweden, so 19:00-21:30 should be correct. Unless I did the math wrong. Guess we could just write an angry letter to father time and ask him to make sense.
