Actually, fascism would be massively anti-conservative (in America, at least).
Only if you define conservative by the label 'small government', which is, frankly, getting pretty silly considering both the record and even the intent of a small government.
Fascism doesn't always define an economic structure, and when it does it is neither liberal nor conservative, but it defines a very rigidly conservative social structure.
