Defensive ability skill up..

Any tips for raising defensive skills (mainly parry,shield,guard) that people have been successful with?

I get the whole "get hit by a lot of shit" thing works, but has anyone actually found some efficient locations to raise skill at? Mind you I have an RDM that I can use with maxed Phalanx2 to assist in skilling.

Any suggestions where I could go to raise skill as quickly as possible? (Assuming skill levels are 200+)
