Btw, again, I didnt came here to be an hero or let other ppl see how smart I've been. I've just wrote my story and ppl came out saying "wth ur liar", "thats impossible, gtfo" or things like these. And again, I know thats only a one-day sellout but I traded a phone for that account cause all I wanted to do was sell all the gil it had, nothing else (bought a 37" plasma and a PS3 with). I've rmt the gil and the ban was right for a rmt. The funny thing I wanted to let you all understand is that a GM banned me, NOT cause I've sold the gil but cause another guy made a call when I've "admitted" to have bought the account: what if a player that didnt rmt anything, say something like this really for joke? He get banned?

How do you know the GM did it purely on the word of someone else, and they didn't investigate further to determine that, indeed, the account has changed owners (which is against policy in the first place, whether you get money for it or not)?

The guy who first sent the tell, thinking I was the real owner, admitted to have said that to a friend of him who called immidiatly a GM. Yeah, since GM booted me from the game, probably he went investigate if the account owner was changed (reactivated with my CC, offcourse) and since he caught me, he asked me to login game, and in 5 mins he took me in jail, telling me they had the proof I am a rmt and that someone called a GM for that reason. I was so busy trying telling him I had only changed the CC cause I had reactivated 2 days before and the account was deactivated more than a year ago, that I didnt even had the time to make a screenshot...

So, the banned account was on same credit card (or at least same name and billing address) as your main account? Guess what, they can ban your main account for RMT now too. I know an Aegis PLD on Ramuh who got banned because his credit card was paying for another account which was banned...

Pretty sure that only applies to mass bans, I've had several accounts banned for different reasons on the same credit card with no problem, but someone on our server who got banned when they started autodetecting POS/Fleetool took down like 12 people in one shot, so idk.

I think I smell some bullshit. The only time they boot you off the game is if they warp you to Mordion and you don't respond the the GM when they show up to question you. Then, once you try to log on and enter GM chat, they will tell you to log onto the game. You will then reappear in Mordion, not in your Mog House or anywhere else. They wouldn't let you log on to attempt to trade anything you have on that account to anyone else(I know from first hand knowledge for a sea comment I had up). So please, don't try to pull the wool over other people's eyes with the lies and bullshit your are spewing.

Funny how you trying to come up with an excuse, led to not enough time to hit print screen on your comp as to your excuse that you don't have a screen shot of the GM chat, wow, must have been an intense conversation to not allow you to do that simple 1 sec function.
