What happens to the people that earned a ton of shit just working back to where they were before?
I bet SE wont even think of giving them anything they've earned since their account was hacked and restored back to their control.
You could try trading it to someone, have them trade it back afterwards, not sure how rollbacks affect other players. Or you can just not rollback. I know I'd rather give up 3 months of rebuilding to get back 2 years of my life.
Or, it could be just that the customer relations people just don't have the proper information and training yet. This is more a case of the right hand not knowing with the left hand is doing, which happens all the time in corporate culture when new directives are put in place. Why does everyone assign some kind of moral value to SE, as if it was a living creature capable of making morally culpable decisions?Originally Posted by Fhqwghads

Dammit, my account was jacked and fucked up a little over 3 months ago. (Jan 18)
That means I won't be able to get my stuff back, right?
Oh, and I like how they can magically restore stuff from 3 months ago yet told me "1 week" was too long ago at first.
