I think a bunch of people hanging out shooting the shit somewhere, and having a skydiver land in the middle of them, and a plane shortly after, would be pretty awesome.

Those moments in SA made me really happy I bought the game.

"I think I'm gonna ride this bike off this ramp on this mountain and skydive, that'll be SUHWEET!"

After a few missions Little Jacob isn't that hard to understand at least for me. Badman is a whole level above Little Jacob and I can't understand anything he says. I haven't gotten above three stars yet, but has anyone else noticed that it's pretty easy to lose your wanted level? The search area for three stars is huge already so I can only imagine how big the search area for four, five and six stars will be.

They're really bad ghetto Jamaican accents lol. I was watching my neighbor play his save file and couldn't stop laughing at how funny they are. Once you learn Jamaican curse words it's 1000 times easier to understand.

Most of the foreign words they use are just slang curse words to add effect. Whenever they try to tell you something important, you can tell that rock* tones down the slang so you can understand.

I've been searching the net for problems people have been having the game and all I can seem to find is that people are having complete locks ups at the beginning of the game. As for me, my game just constantly freezes for about 1 second every minute or so. Which as you can imagine, gets extremely irritating after about the first 600 times. Anyone else seem to be having this problem? I'm using a ps3 btw. (yea fuck you)

Really loving this game so far. It's quite amazing the little things they added in, like every NPC having their own nervous system. I laugh hysterically whenever I ram into someone with a car because once they die they turn into a rag doll. I'm also loving that these huge jumps in a car, or off a building will hurt you or kill you. The driving element is really, really nice in that you can't just fly around everywhere with pristine control.

I'm still waiting for something more though, overall. I feel like the story hasn't opened up enough (my path has just left the Faustian missions), but I'm still early on, still only having explored the east part of the map.

As for the PS3/360 freezes (evidently your chance of freezing is a lot higher on PS3), there is a quasi-solution. While listening to Big O & Dukes (local radio show), they said they called Lazlow up and he said it's caused when you need to clear your buffer out (no clue how it's done). Rockstar has acknowledged the problem, and will be issuing a patch.

It's a known issues afaik for both 360 and ps3. Go try returning it for another copy or clearing your buffer, pretty sure its a hardware thing that will require a patch though.

If it's like the Oblivion buffer, you need to hold down the A/X button (A for 360, X for PS3) while the game is booting up.
