Tres Leche cake is so fucking good, I was skeptical the first time I tried it but I've been hooked ever since.

I'm Italian so I obviously grew up on the cuisine, so I won't list that stuff. I'll list some other things though...

Chile Rellenos are amazing, and I love to make them.

And I have 5 Pho restaurants on my street, so I quickly learned to love the stuff.

On a different note, I won't touch any red meat with the word "Well" in it. It always hurts to watch someone dig into a steak that looks like a charred husk instead of its formerly juicy glory, plus those same people usually drown it in steak sauce so it actually tastes like something.

Chicken Marsala with bacon and basil sprinkled ontop, and perhaps some rice on the side or in the mix.

With bacon? Never heard of that. A good chicken marsala is amazing on its own. Bacon might just make it alot better.
