Recommend me a TV Tuner.

What the subject says basically. I've been looking around for some tuners to hopefully remove the need for a TV at all in my residence next year (just finished moving out <.< ) to free up some badly needed desk space.

Low-cost solution if possible (<$100). I just want something I can hook a coaxial cable to (or via a modulator to some other output), as well as composite/component for the gaming consoles.

http://sector29.com/PRODUCT_PAGES/249/2 ... -1101.html - this maybe? 98$, picks up ATSC and analog cable. No audio inputs, but you can use a separate cable for that (I have a small RCA audio to 3.5mm adapter that I have plugged into my computer's line-in port, it works like a charm.)
