Yeah, His application was quite...Lacking to say the leaste, seems as if he's trying to hide his past? (In the same LS as Mithral)

there's a Technine on Bismarck, but they could be two differen't people, but the on here is a cool dude with no record i don't think, don't know him exactly

An Elvaan if I'm not mistaken, that I remember from Diabolos. Surprised he's keeping the same name and jumping around so often. I don't know him personally, but apparently he wasn't generally liked by others here.

If its the Technine I remeber from Diabolos he was in my LS for about 5 months.
All I have to say about him is, "Ummm huh?"
The Technine I remeber was a blonde elvaan I believe, and always talked about his addiction to drugs, and always had a excuse for not being at a event.

Put it this way, I broke 4 shells in 3 years he was one of them. Take it for what its worth.

That would be this gentleman, he applied to my LS on phoenix but said hes a server transfer from not too long ago.
