It's generally only sexual harassment if the woman is fat and/or ugly. "Rape" can also apply to unintended drunken sex with a sober fat and/or ugly woman.

why would any guy complain about a woman harassing them unless:
A) ur gay
B) she is old or ugly (which seems to be case)
I really want to see a dancing gif of :ashira: now singing 'I Want You To Want Me'
What if you are an attractive male and married/engaged/in a serious relationship. You don't need every skank throwing themselves at you, let alone a co-worker.Originally Posted by melbufrauma

That doesn't really compromise your relationship in any way, unless you're incapable of restraining yourself when someone makes it clear they might consider putting your genitals in/around their mouth and/or genitals. As long as they back off when you make it known that their actions are crossing the line, I don't really see why there's a need to pitch a big hissy fit.Originally Posted by shihei
Just saying it could cause trouble for your relationship even if you don't give in. Sure I'll give you that it's harmless if you let them know how it is and they back off and never do it again. Sorry I didn't read the whole thread very well was just responding to that one quote.Originally Posted by Ivve
say what you will about the woman's deemed attractiveness, guys have been nailed with harassment suits for less
the point is it is unwanted attention
that being said I think the number of petty accusations is ridiculous (from women accusing men) and unfortunately I think we're dealing with a lot of backlash from decades (read: centuries) of unwanted advances with creepy or worse yet cruel intentioned males
I admit, it's rather juvenile of me, but with all this flack for the last few decades (longer than I've been alive I know) I have to say I'm kinda glad this suit is even being considered.
@Ashira, that sucks, I hate when people take advantage of really flaky way-too-subjective laws. I had an ex that threatened to call the cops on me saying I had laid a hand on her, and you know who they're gonna believe.
