Why does it matter? I'm married, and every once in a great while someone will try to chat me up a little bit. It happens. That doesn't really compromise your relationship in any way, unless you're incapable of restraining yourself when someone makes it clear they might consider putting your genitals in/around their mouth and/or genitals. As long as they back off when you make it known that their actions are crossing the line, I don't really see why there's a need to pitch a big hissy fit.

the point is it is unwanted attention

that being said I think the number of petty accusations is ridiculous (from women accusing men) and unfortunately I think we're dealing with a lot of backlash from decades (read: centuries) of unwanted advances with creepy or worse yet cruel intentioned males

I admit, it's rather juvenile of me, but with all this flack for the last few decades (longer than I've been alive I know) I have to say I'm kinda glad this suit is even being considered.
