If it's based on the Piccolo saga, Goku was actually a teenager toward the last 20ish episodes of dragonball. WOuld much rather see it based on the earlier stages of dragonball. Seeing chichi in the outfit from dragonball would be awesome, yet absurd at the same time.

Getting technical, it will probably be based on the King Piccolo saga or at least a hybrid of the two. It will probably feature Piccolo invading(which he never really did, just sought revenge for his "father" who did try conquer Earth).

I'm actually glad Bulma doesn't have blue hair. Would look really silly in live action. In the DB setting everyone has crazy hair colors(perhaps the same could be said of all anime). Not that I plan to see the movie.

Not really technical, just pointing out that he was a teen in dragonball while fighting piccolo so they aren't entirely incorrect in their timetable. All the teen episodes pretty much just took place during a tournament and wrapped with his marriage (and trying to put out that fire). If they are trying to stay true to the story, i guess they could stick it in between the DB and DBZ timeline. There was a few years there beings Goku had a child.

If thats real I'm a bit disappointed. Goku looks alright but Bulma doesn't even have blue hair (wtf?) Master Roshi looks like he's younger than Yamcha, Yamcha looks like some weird ass Chinese biker. And finally Chi-chi looks good but I hope they give her the same hairstyle atleast. : p

Oh, wow, what a royal fuckup. At least get the overly-energetic tournament ref and outside arena down >.> You can't even fall out of the ring in that arena. The SSJ hair requires no comment. This will not end well.

On another note: hollywood is playing it perfect. Go low budget, spend next to nothing, and watch as the screaming 10-16 year olds race to the theater.
