    Hurts like shit, no other way to describe it. Hard to wear shirts, so you either wear some tight clothing or put a bandaid over your nipple. Which is what you should have done in the first place.

    It's only happened to me twice back when I did huge runs, and basically it's the latter for me. The first time it happened I noticed the blood before I even started to recognize that my nipnips were numb (they were EXTREMELY sensitive after though <_<)

    edit: Both times happened during cold weather (autumn), so maybe that had an effect. /shrug
