How does the prize winning system work? For example if the winning number is:

and I have a number:
1-9-9-4-5,

having the 1st, 4th, and 5th digits correct, is that a Tier 5 prize (working from left to right) having only the first digit correct, a Tier 4 prize (working from right to left) having only the 4th and 5th digits right, or a Tier 3 prize (checking each digit individually) for having the 1st, 4th, and 5th digits correct?
