Of course the youtube'd videos would show the hack... but the links would be to some trojan msot likely.
The realhack would be on sites more or less dedicated to hacking, I wouldn't consider it fake since theirs video's of it, I'd just consider it "hard to find". The first wave of "hacks" like diablo were mostly viruses/trojans too, over time the legit hack got around... and eventually everyone and their grandma had some soorta "hack" for the game.

Hopefully the company takes notice and fix's the problem before it becomes widespread though... I doubt it would take too long for the exploit to get about.

Although it would be kind of funny... be like... call a GM and then ban the GM.

I'd really like to see some fixes to the hate system. I believe tanking at this stage is going to be very very complex.

Good. FFXI's tanking was largely not interactive outside of playing a ninja, making something like that more complex means you'll have only a handful of people who are amazing at it.

So they're saying it's over a million copies shipped 3 weeks after launch, making it the biggest mmo launch since WoW.


That's pretty crazy, pretty huge for them, and while I'd say it's not directly a huge deal against WoW, the fact that AoC pretty much became the "small" non-threatening one a long time ago and is looking like it will have well over a million subscribers, kind of implies that if Warhammer is good enough (and makes it to market before WotLK) it could be completely devastating to WoW.

3 million to a market of 90 million. devastating is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy over stating it, especially considering a good chunk of the 3 million that got it can't even run it anyway. YAY HIGH SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. Can't say much as far as warhammer goes as it's not out yet.


As far as AOC taking wow's talent build even though they supposedly had their layout way before WoW was in alpha.. Where do you think blizz came up with the template/general idea for the talent tree...



O dats rite, their other retardedly successful game, Diablo 2. If you can even think to muster up the strength to say that the AoC developers had layed out the idea for their talent tree before the release of diablo 2, you can quit life like rite now. rite now rite now.
