All instances of this are cheesy and weak. Its a feel good story sure, but I personally would have went to the dug out to replenish my sunflower seed rations. When I play sports I am cutthroat to say the least. Maybe I'm just a fucking asshole.
Just further solidifies my opinion on Women's BBall being complete utter shit.

But Lofton's greatest conquest came off the court.

    He beat cancer.

The three-time All-American, in an exclusive interview with ESPN.com, revealed for the first time publicly that he played his senior season at Tennessee after undergoing surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from one of his testicles in March 2007.
It's not sportsmanship but god damn. No wonder the Vols dropped off toward the end

So you're saying the ambulance should have driven out there immediately, picked her up, and then drove across the bases on its way out of the field?
You don't need an ambulance for a blown ACL. I blew out my ACL playing baseball and it hurt like a motherfucker but I still managed to get up and got helped off the field. Besides, they'll send you home from the hospital immediately. There's nothing they can do for a knee until you bring the swelling down.

I was just trying not to throw up after it happened.
