Speaking of which, is there a minimum level limit for Assault? If your group was good enough to complete it with 5, could you have your sixth member come as a level 37 THF/BLM or something and just wait at the porter? If so, having a disk at 100 the second time would let you pretty much pick and choose your weapons from all the jobs, not just the disk holder's 75s.

There is indeed. Level 50+ only (so if you want to force weapons make sure your 96 disc holder with Runic Key has a lot of jobs 50+)

Ironically enough a friend of mine wanted Burning Fists for his monk (you may know his as Almalexia =P) so he asked me if he could come along on our farming runs, I said sure, we realized I couldn't force MNK H2H weapon (level 37), he said he'd come anyways and maybe we'd get lucky. We do the run, kill boss, not only does Burning Fists drop on the first run, Askar Zuchetto drops too, and our group being 5/6 (only person without it has MNK & WHM 75), we said "hey, take askar head too if you don't have it" - he reluctantly lotted it . Next run Askar dropped again so we gave it to the whm & mnk 75 8) (it'll look pretty on their mannequin!) and decided that was enough floor 100 for the night. Where oh where are the Goliard Chapeaus We have 7 Askar, 8 Denali, 0 Goliard

the disc will still wipe if your disc holder logout. Since that when the disc holder login back, he/she will still inside the nyzul zone.
