He has an awful reputation much like our kind and compassionate friend Tormentormike but I think you should give him a chance. Perhaps he's changing server because he wants to start over as a decent player and no one in Ragnarok would think twice about taking him in. I don't know him personally, nor do I care all that much where he goes. But at the very least you can give him a trial period and kick him if he decides to be a nuisance.

The pointless locking of the other thread when I spent quite some time on a post that was lost because of it has greatly annoyed me, please fall face first into a furnace or rethink your moderating position.

The first BC was locked because the LS who received the application had made a decision, and posted as such on page three. As you are not the recipient of the subject's application, it is wholly inappropriate to create a new thread simply because you do not agree with some of the opinions posted in the first thread.
