    Has anyone seen these?

Is their purpose REALLY just to like...drive around and be moving billboards? I'm not a huge environmentalist, but that just seems retarded.

    I actually found a picture:

Actually, this is kinda about green shit. Point is, There are no facts, never will be facts that man is creating a global warming effect on this lovely planet of ours. The same ppl that complain about emissions is the same piece of shits that keeps our gas prices and our number of refineries low. We have PLENTY of oil in our own damn country and not to mention the butt loads of oil that Brazil found recently. You don't wanna leave a huge carbon foot print? Fine. Don't. But don't fucking tell me not to. I'm gonna drive my big V-8 cars and trucks until the day i die and i'm going to raise my children to do the same. When you have a crash in your piece of shit Prius, global warming won't mean a damn thing anyway.

And good for the advertising company. They're creating jobs, which is something we always need more of.
There are lots of ways to create jobs and do things that don't simply serve as a way to burn loads of gas. Even if you don't care about carbon emissions, you have to be massively shortsighted and ignorant to not see that the development of India and China into industrialized nations puts an incredible strain on gas prices, much of what is driving them up right now is that demand has increased so dramatically that any interruption in supply (pipeline does down, refinery has a strike, etc) jacks the price up. You WILL be looking at $5+ a gallon in 4 years, I would all but guarantee it. You pay for this in EVERYTHING you buy. Produce prices have gone up, groceries are much higher, travel is more expensive...you can be flippant and just say LOL WHATEVER I LIEK MY HUEG TRUCKS! but...thats got a lot more to do with ignorant bravado than it does with a realistic view of our world.

Furthermore, NO reputable scientist...NONE of them...argues that the concept of global warming is completely wrong. The argument lies in to what degree emissions have. Clearly, emissions DO have an effect- travel to Beijing someday and take a deep breath, the smog is like being in a crowded bar 24/7. As I said, I'm not an environmentalist, I'm not out doing shit with Greenpeace or hugging trees. But at some point, you're going to have to look at how the world is so tied to a single fuel source that is going to get more and more expensive as the next decade goes on, and how that impacts everyone, even if you don't have a car, your grocery bill is up 15-25% in the last YEAR. Being responsible with fuel isn't just an ecological issue, it's economic and social too.

But whatever, teach your kids to be willfully ignorant

kinda reminds me of the things where you get a free car in exchange for it being one big advertisement, but I can't imagine doing that with a bigass truck lol
