When anyone that plays FFXI or post on BG tells someone else to get a life then I believe that is using the RL card. We all play the same game and apparently post on the same forum so unless you go to their house and visually see for yourself who they are then no one has any idea who anyone is. I just dont see how ppl still say "Get a life cmon!" Like your time spent on FFXI is so much more fufilling and productive than anyone elses lol.

Caclax was the only one i knew from them, and he was a cool guy with me... dont know much about his HNM scenes. He still needs to thanks me for helping him with his Bravura out (buying all his shit for retarded prices Q_Q).

I was in Freetime since it started, we started off as sky linkshell and it seemed to go pretty well. We managed to kill gods with fairly small groups and Kirin with assistance. Overall people had fun but when Fury merged with Freetime LS, the :rip: started.

Before the merge, Maclax told everyone that we would unmerge incase merge didn't work. But that did not happen because they didn't keep their promises. They just look for people to benefit themselves and keep those people in the LS with false promises. I supplied the LS by soloing sky nms such as zipacna steam cleaner and despot.

First of all there were problems because of timezones, some people left because of merge only. Overall very bad decision from laxes. From the start these two promised to get me W. Legs from kirin, we gathered nice amount of popsets. Most kirins we did were at night for me, but i still kept attending as much as i could. I think we went over 0-10~ on those legs, and when they finally dropped, somebody else got them.

I still kept doing Kirins and i was promised once again by Maclax & Caclax that they will get me the legs. Overall legs never dropped second time and we started talking about changing servers, i was totally in, i even posted application and got in to Asura where i never will go because i did meet good people through freetime. The whole time we were in vent everyday and then they told me that they changed servers. Of course they didnt leave anything to me, i only worked "for them" since beginning.

They admitted they made stupid call by changing servers before i got the legs. After this, my Fury pearl got broken from fury because someone saw my application for other LS. Of course i made mistake there, which actually didn't matter because this is what Fury leader told me:

Theres alot factors in such merge like points, who gets what and so on. I decided not to go to Asura because fuck i wana be screwed again by 2 asshats brothers. I know they both got huge amount of tells from people in phoenix, such as old members of freetime. So like someone said earlier, they changed server so people would leave them alone.

Overall i wouldn't make deep friendship with either one.


I recommend not giving either one a pearlsack.

Getting opinions from people outside of their previous linkshell generaly indicates their mentality when interacting with people that they did not know. When you came to the server they applied to your ls, whether the app was rejected or withdrawn is irrelevant, the point is they did not act like :

Stright away, It was after interaction with you that their attitude towards you changed, are they the only ones ? i doubt it. This isnt about you or your LS.

Comments about who camps what are only relevant if the person doing a BC says that the person expressed that they have experience with "X NM" or "X Event" but the specific question that was asked was

If i for whatever reason I moved servers and someone did a BC like this on me, i dont imagine that there would be a lot of responses in regards to what ive done "End Game" from people outside of my LS as most simply dont know me, so peoples opinions of how i have interacted with them would indeed carry some weight imo.

I've been hesitant to reply but here goes. These two from what I've seen only join linkshells that benefit them. Caclax was in 13 (HNMLS) two times and Maclax once. Both times their complaint was that their schedules changed and our LS didn't fit them. I don't have an exact list of the linkshells they've been in, but it seems to have been alot. The perception is that they are LS hoppers, so don't expect too much loyalty from them if you invite them. If you don't camp ground often, then they will leave.

From my experience with them when they were in 13 is that they only showed to events where they thought they had something to gain. They rarely showed to farming runs, but would normally make gods. There was also their application on MercuryX's page where they mentioned their previous HNM linkshells. I found it funny that after being in 13 twice they "Forgot" to mention 13. I wouldn't say that my overall opinion of them is negative, it's just that they seem to have a selfish manner while playing this game. I would just say that if you invite them to your LS to make sure your rules make them establish some pattern of earning what they gain. This may not be true, but they seem to want to get their stuff and could care less about helping anyone else.

As far as skill, I can't say much because they didn't show much. The limited times I was in merit/ls events I wasn't overly impressed. Even when Cac got his relic GA it seemed that it was either underpowered or he didn't know how to use it. However, the seem more than competent to get the job done. Take my comments for what they are worth. I have nothing personal against them. I wasn't even gonna post because I don't care what they do.

I'd heard enough to form an opinion ages ago. It sounds like they're dicks, but no more than the majority of HNMLS players. No big deal.
