Oh, then maybe you should have put a disclaimer on your post. Something like

"Disclaimer: My views are bias and my view on strength and health is narrow-minded and unhelpful"

I mean, it's just your opinion, and you're entitled to it, but you might be better off being reasonable rather than wrong.

    Re: Creatine use

I could do that but then everyone else should to.

I dont know how big this worlds best rock climber is but i'll gues 5'10 145, has really strong ligaments and tendons but not much muscle mass. Therefore he can pull himself up and hold his own body wight for crazy amounts of time as well as having so fast twitch muscles that will help him explode to the next point, kind of like a gymnast. This rock climber probably, no, definately, cannot bench 185 but has really strong arms, forearms and calves. His upper legs are skinny as well because he doesnt need/want that extra weight in the upper legs that he would have to lug around thus slowing him down.

But then again going to extremes and talking about the worlds best at anything isnt really a good comparison especially when I said average.

Sorry you took offense to the skinny wimp comment but that why i put the my opinion disclaimer. I was 6'0 170 in high school and guess what, I was a really really skinny wimp.

Damn, don't yall watch any kung fu flicks? Or any martial art for that matter lol "Bulking up" can only work against you if you achieve it through the wrong means. I know you're not doing it to become a fighter and whatnot, but I'm just saying.

My brother used creatine, among other suppliments, and after he stopped using them and switched to a more rigorous and natural diet, he gained a shitload of endurance and energy. Now, he is actually stronger, yet he looks alot leaner than he used to, but this is about 2 years later from switching his routine. Who knows what all that shit can do to you in the long run eh? Just somethin to think about, but I'm not expert here.

Don't believe the hype, yeahhhh boyyyy

Edit: And 6ft 170 calling yourself a wimp sounds like you had no muscle tone, big deal most kids don't in HS.

Well "World's Best" is subjective, but it's generally considered to be Chris Sharma. 6'0" 160lbs.

The worlds fastest ascent of El Capitan was by the Huber brothers, who are world-class climbers, pictured here

They're foreign...and they look like Fabio....... but you get the point.

and it's hard to find a good picture of Chris Sharma, but this is him

I understand your opinion, but I don't get what you're getting at. Rock climbing is thought to be one of the best overall body workouts you can get. If the point was simply to get every muscle in your body as big as you can possibly get it..... then we'd all look like WWF wrestlers. While it looks rather intimidating, it's pretty gross, and as far and health goes.... not that helpful. Everything has its niche, though, and if you wanna get huge for football that's fine, but you sacrifice a lot to get to that point.

But to discard rock climbers as skinny wimps (probably the strongest people on earth by weight ratio) is pretty naive.

If you gained 10-15 pounds in two months, I can assure you that you definitely gained mostly fat, not muscle.

I don't think he meant the comment about the rock climber man, that was just typical arrogance speaking out.

    Re: Creatine use

I was 6'0 170 when I was 17-18. I thought i was skinny and fairly wimpy. I dont and havnt taken any supplements in my life other than 1 month of Creatine when I was 17 and 2 months of Myoplex Mass last year. I dunno, you dont have to listen to me I was just trying to give out some helpful info and then make a funny irrational statement at the end. Of course one person has to take it to heart and get offended.

I'm only 6'2 200 now. It's not like I am huge. I would like to maybe get to 210 but that will just come naturally as I get older I'm sure.

And of course this is a communtiy of people who drink 47 sodas (possibly the worst food you could put in your body) a day and eat fast food or pizza every other meal.

Rock climbing is like pure functional strength.

It is, and it's easily countered by taking an anti-estrogens. The small penis things comes from envy and the appearance of a smaller dick due to a larger body.
