My apartment complex sucks

I've been looking at apartments in Caimbrige MA, and they're usually 1,500+ for a 1 bedroom. Prices all depend on where you are.

Look at Brighton/Allston, really close to Cambridge but a lot cheaper. Due to the housing market crash my roommate and I got a place in Brighton right next to the T (B Line) new renovation, three bedroom, 1.5 bath that normally went for 2200 a month for 1650 a month and half the Realtor fee included. (Two parking spots as well )

If you need an agent let me know through PM or AIM and I'll give you a really good guy because almost every place in MA is through a Realtor.

Look there, and also look in the Fenway/Roxbury line called "Mission Hill".

Its alot of places for cheap, because people go off the stereotype that it a bad neighborhood, which it really isnt.

Friend who I work with, just got a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath for $1600 a month. with 2 other roomates she is paying $600 a month now.
