Playonline ID Question

Quick question here.

I hadn't paid my membership for probably about 6 months now. I went to go log into my POL id to reactivate it (since it's still installed) and it says invalid password when I try to sign in on the ID I've always had.

I have the password saved so there is no way it would have been changed.

Does this mean my POL id has been cancelled and all my character stuff is gone? If so is there any way to retreive it? Thanks guys.

is your password is like less than 8 characters long? or the password is just some sort of simple password(or almost same as pol ID)? Because few months ago SE force change every simple and short password to increase the security.

Oh shit really?

Bc it is seven characters long. It is letters and numbers, but only seven char's.

If I didn't realize this change how could I get back to change my password or determine what the pw is?

Contact Customer Support and keep all your account information at hand (including registration keys).

You can always go back playing GTAIV too :/

But yeah, your best option is to call SE.

SE never actually makes you change your password. It'll keep yelling at you to change it, but when it goes to the screen to change it you just hit the cancel/exit button at the bottom and POL will go back to the main screen and you can log in fine.
