You can definitely avoid Astral Flow by abusing max distance + ramps, just make sure that you have someone running Windower's distance plugin to make sure you are safe.

As for the Orc not sleeping, if it's really an issue, he's really easy to kite around the pillars with pretty much any job that isn't retarded.
