Moyer needs to stop leaving the ball up in the zone, and the homeplate ump needs to pick a freaking strike zone and stick to it. I don't think I bear to watch yet another game where the ump can't call balls and strikes to save his life.

Moyer looks so god damn old. When they were showing his dejected face in the dugout I was speechless at how old he looks, which I would say is beyond his 45 years.

It was a bad match up. I was definitely expecting the Dodgers to win this game and tomorrow could easily be a Dodgers win too. Hamels will need to come up big Wednesday.

Moyer never really had me sold during the regular season. i think he got a lot more hype than he should have.

Well Moyer DID win 16 games, which for a man his age is amazing, but really, I think it was due to the run support he got most of the year. Still, he got completely lit up. Manny owns Blanton too.. should be entertaining.

don't get me wrong, Moyer is good. But when the games really mean something, he just doesn't have the velocity to be able throw a good changeup. he never throws higher than 84 mph. need your fastball to setup your off speed pitches.
