Vista, IME, Japanese POL, and tigers, oh my.

So I've got this new Vista laptop, blahblahblah, works fine, except I can't change input method on FFXI when using JP POL or EU POL with IME plugin.

I can't find the "Language for non-Unicode programs" option that enabled this in XP, so I'd appreciate a little help. Are there any known fixes for this, or do I have to reinstall XP on this laptop? I don't mind changing the language of the entire OS to Japanese, if that'll help. I just need to know how.

Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
    Administrative tab, Change system locale...

Well, that was far easier than I'd anticipated. Thanks a lot.
