Most times when you try to /shout something in NA time... it is destiny is to fail
I agree. I was in Whitegate the other day, saw the same few guy shout over and over. What's worst was that they didn't give it enough time in between, so they just kept shouting in random close intervals.

Whereas search whoring a specific JP lead to about 3 shouts, and then suddently they're in an Assault ground =(

Anyone know the secret behind that? Is it like some JP FAD? or is there some JP blog telling them Thunder Rings are awesome? Or is there some parsed data on a JP wiki thats tells them exactly where they can break into a new DEX tier and a Thunder Ring would beat out a Sniper?

It´s a mystery! Can anyone solve it?

According to this JP in my LS, JP found that DEX build for critical WS (rampage, jin, etc) > atk/str build. If they are using it for TP then I don't know.
DEX build effectiveness only attainable when PTing on lolibri.
Good luck doing so on mamool & skoffin
Dex build effectiveness is attainable up to colibrii. Their rationale is that blade: jin sucks if you don't get a critical in it that's why the JP in my LS uses full dex (2 thunder ring) for blade jin.

And I think the JP version of BG is that 2ch thing.

They haven't even touched sea jailers or einherjar.
JP Shells arn't the same as NA ones, at least not on Bahamut. There certainly are alot of JP shells that run sea hardcore and certainly some that do Ein, others that do limbus etc, some of which have members from LoP and stuff. JP seem to like to have other shells for different stuff (like how other servers have random dymamis shells). It's a really strange thing but thats how JPs on Bahamut do things. As for the hnm time thing.. well you're mostly right about that part.
I'd just like to comment that the person you quoted is from Bahamut as well. How do you feel about this? ;3
Duh? He said they don't do sea jailers or ein and I say JP do.

I'm pretty sure the JP version of BG is completely anonymous posting with the majority of posters being of Alla caliber.

Or well, that's at least how it is according to a JP in my LS. He's always complaining about how stupid some of the people are there and some of what they're saying. Then there's a big group that just seen to be liars, claiming over 40k+ exp/h at Mamool in a less than perfect PT and flaming those that think otherwise. Apparently a good deal of people there also think that BtL is a Korean gilseller LS. <.<

This is just his view on it though, so take it however.

Pff, if you're going to do that might as well make it more fun with something like:

"BtL is a Korean gilseller LS built for funding the revenge and eventually destruction of Japan. Bitches."

    Or something.

Believe me we've told him the same thing like 5,000 times when he'll say how some DD keeps claiming to average obscene amounts of damage in exp PTs.

I think that the reason a lot of Japanese palyers don't do sea is because most of the older, hardcore players have everything they could possible want, and possibly more for their level 1 jobs from there already, the new ones have different shells for different things as Kuno said. As for Ein, I just don't know if any of them really care.

By older, hardcore players I mean players from PG or Changing Mind, go check some of them lol. They have plenty of sea shit, relics (I know this isn't from sea or ein), and endgame stuff.

Pretty sure there is, back in the days where the NA ones weren't too awesome there was a badass JP one (at least at the time). Had tabs for everything, kept track of a ton of statistics, though I couldn't tell you the name of it or what it was actually tracking as I don't read the moonspeak.

Given that I'm doing Nyzul with group that has its shit together, and should have Askar hands before too long, head will come later... thunder ring found it's charm for me again, hitting 110~ Dex in Tp gear before food is yummy.
