Shura Togi/Hauby +1/Osode

Actually I'm a bit curious as to how this works for NIN, since my NIN will soon be at a level where I'll be able to choose between my Haub and Shura Togi for TPing. I'm sure that the Haub is superior for WS, but would it be incorrect to assume the Togi would have the advantage for TPing since it's got the extra 10 attack?

I'd stick with the hauby, for the extra str/acc and all.
