    Hachiman Kote +1 question.

    Will the latent be present when ws? Or does the latent not work for weaponskill since "supposively" it doesent get calculated for the latent to take effect to the weaponskill....

    I've heard mixed answers on this so i'd like to know whos right and wrong lol. =/

    It's not active during WSs because your TP drops to 0 just before you use a WS, which is why Latents on Blau Dolch and Maneater etc. DO work.
