Beatdown has had issues with folks, but overall he is a good guy.

Was in a LS with him for a long time. Was terrible at any job that wasnt Blm, because Blm isnt really that hard. Rarely attended events that didnt directly benefit him. Didnt get a SS cuz i wasnt on at the time, but according to LS members when asked to come to an Omega: "I'm not going to Omega just so you guys can get more Homam." Attendance was awesome, and he used it to his advantage. Was a point system, and even if he didnt want something, if he knew someone else did he would bid them up on the item just to drop their points. He tanked twice for the linkshell, once at Ultima, once at Brigandish Blade. Ultima he died within 15 seconds, Brigandish Blade he died tanking with an 18-man alliance. That Shadow Ring looks great on his Thf now. Enjoy!

I remember beatdown, minidragon should too. Long ago we were leveling out in Cape Terrigan and beatdown was our PLD. He's got on level 14 gear. We chastise him, he gets emo, leaves. The next day he shows up in all +1 gear "Been gardenin".

Then later he shows up with Killuminati and crew.

Shifty dude but he probably just wants a fresh start.

But then, Terrestrialrage also had a shady past. Now look at him. Even the horrible players eventually figure out the game.

Funny stuff, I was talking about that party on vent after I saw this thread, and 2 seconds later I read your posts and laughed my ass off. What's up nam, you need to come chill on our vent server sometime. Or hook me up with your vent info. My yearly foodle intake is getting dangerously low.

Yeah, he really did suck it up on PLD in that party, but that was a long time ago. I have no idea if he still sucks at his jobs, or if it's even the same person playing the account. So I have nothing constructive to add to the thread.

To be quite honest, I never really liked Beatdown.

I was in a LS with him for a short time (Foobar) and he came off as a rather annoying person.
He complained alot about the most petty things.
He also doesn't know his jobs too well.

Heard many, many bad things about him. Only ran into him personally once about 6 months ago, but from that one encounter...

He seemed a total Jackass, i got his BRD to replace a LS member who had to leave a merit party, he showed up in very basic gear and as soon as he joined the party, demanded we start immediately, since his time was so important. When i pointed out that our RDM was afk for 5mins getting a drink.. he popped a scroll of instant warp, disbanded, and put his flag back up.

He has been on my Blacklist, and everyone else in that party's blacklist since.

As a genereal census I agree with what everyone has said in this thread.
My addition-He was in my dynamis shell a lil while ago and wouldnt attend unless it directly benefits him, this also supports Terrestrialrage as well, as well on another instance i xped with him when he was lvling brd and he even sucked ass at bard, couldnt keep songs up at all, and never pulled, I pulled on rdm because he said brd's arent supposed to pull.

Overall he has had a rep on bismarck for being a big douche, avoid as stated above, goodluck.

I only remember Beatdown from a few years ago when I did a Bastok mission in the Gustav Tunnel, I think? The one with the slimes that you have to sleep as they split up. He didn't really pay attention to the directions before we popped it and meleed anything he wanted, waking everything up. We wiped. Everyone was pissed at him, lol and he got angry with us because he thought we were picking on him. After we told him to scroll up in his chat log and read where we gave directions and were screaming at him to disengage, he admitted that what he did was retarded and apologized. I haven't really interacted with him directly in the years between that incident and now except for once. I mentioned that incident offhand and he was stunned that I remembered it and referred to it as his "noob days" or some shit. I don't have anything against the guy, and that was a long ass time ago.
