If you are using a mouse, you can use two button mice. If you are using the trackpad then there are a couple of ways. You can change the settings so a two finger tap is a right click. Or you can hold down the control key while you click on the button.

And the MB trackpad can do so many cool things that other trackpads can't.

I can right click on my trackpad with the two finger tap and with the "one button" mouse you can really right click with it too, you just need to go into the settings and change it.
