I've told many people in game about my past char, nothings ever happened. I feel like him harassing other players, RMT or not, may have something to do with his banning. The only way that you were banned because of previously talking about being banned is if some spiteful bastard reported you to the task force just then, but again, i doubt you mention that fun fact to people that would do that.

It's like escaping from prison before finishing your sentence and then telling someone that you escaped. If a cop finds out you said that, your ass is going back. What's so hard to understand about that?

Seraphise - the difference here is that he should've kept his mouth shut. He spouted off and bragged about getting banned to someone who he shouldn't have. OR, he got a GM called on him for something entirely unrelated, and the GM searched his logs and saw where he had told someone that he was already banned.

Many people are playing on new accounts after being banned, and yet because they're playing it safe they're not getting re-banned. Look at what Rob said before. He's gotten a ton of characters banned and keeps getting new accounts, somehow. He should be banned, and any GM would ban him if they had proof. The difference is, though, that they don't. With Altwight, they did.

2years can change a man i swear =D besides why would i bot on a friend's account? buncha sillys i tell ya. people who bot and git banned dont bot again, it's common sense. if you tell your mom to stfu and she slaps the shit out of you are you gonna do it again? also 'BOTTING' is not the same thing as POS/speed hacking. You can say it is all you want. Also i botted fafnir for a week or maybe it was 2 believe we got like 11 fafnirs in a row... was pretty epic if must say so myself. can't think of anyone that bots at faf and manages to git ELEVEN in a row. old days It's not like i speed hack/pos hack to claim your NM or something. You gotta remember i was 1 of many in aery that botted faf. old news anyway no one cares.

edit: every shell has atleast 2botters whether you say so or not. the thing that sickens me the most is that everyone goes around screaming "OMG I HATE BOTTERS THEY'RE SO LAME GAH LEE!" when they know for a fact they have botters in their shell. this thread was about people who act like they're above the rules of the game by doing w/e the hell they want to infront of anyone without caring. if you notice in my post explaining the story i didn't complain about them claiming ever. READING AND COMPREHENSION SKILLS ^_^

A close friend of mine who quit decided to shout in Lower Jeuno that he was selling his account for like 10000usd or something got the ban stick for 3 days even though it was a joke.
