it doesn't matter if ANY of the information matches, someone who admitted RMT jokingly, with HORRIBLE gear (maybe 10k in items) got 1-strike permabanned. if you said you were banned on a previous character regardless of info or name, they got you. to give you an example, say that you're in nazi germany, and the gestapo hears you say "i'm a jew", they aren't going to follow you to synagogue to make sure you're a jew, you're getting gassed.

This was said after Feiwong blatantly admitted to being banned many times in his 'crusade against rmt' and I GMed for it. GMs, inconsistant, I know.. that said, I've been banned twice and mentioned it ingame plenty of times and the second one was for calling Feiwong ignorant, as opposed to having been banned before <_>
