sans an ipod (or laptop) having pre-release screeners or cams on it of newly released films, or unreleased album mp3's, i can't see how these toolbags, who have most likely never even ripped an mp3 from a CD themselves in their lives and are definitely not tech-savvy, can be left to their own judgement to decide what's legit and what isn't

i hate when law enforcement agents are given the ability to do basically whatever the fuck they want, it's bullshit and something needs to be done. especially with all the BS going on in my area, where cops are freely using stunguns on anyone and everyone because we currently have no laws limiting the use of them. a couple kids already died because of this.
