There's a program at my job that lets you earn $500 gift certificates to best buy or circuit city, so I plan on getting a basically free ps3 + game at best buy, so does that mean I can't get the limited edition version that will also be bundled, from best buy? There are 2 bundles, 1 for regular and 1 for limited edition.

Correct. Both the LE game and the LE bundle are GameStop exclusives. I haven't checked into it since I already have a 60GB console, but I assume the 80GB bundle would be available at those other locations.

Has anyone checked up on strategy guides for this game? Amazon lists a "limited edition" guide, but Gamestop also claims to have an "exclusive limited edition". Does anyone know if they're two different guides, or is Gamestop just being sneaky?

I'd be stunned if a printed game guide would go limited edition and store-exclusive, considering that nobody fucking buys them in the first place.

The closest Walmart to Hollywood, CA is down on Crenshaw Blvd (not sure if that's Inglewood, but close) - It's just south of the 10 a bit. The challenge won't be getting the system, it'll be getting from the front door of Walmart to your car without getting jacked.

I don't know about the other 3 you mentioned but, Soul Calibur for sure deserves to be on that list. Owning a Dreamcast and not owning that game was tantamount to a cardinal sin back in the day.

Actually I know where that is, that's a couple of miles from SC. I went there to get my hdtv on black Friday, by myself and took the bus lol. As long as you aren't flaunting your bills, the chances of you getting robbed are small. Btw, the workers there will take the stuff to your car.

I'll probably check under my car to see if there's any C4 I need to freeze, or perhaps some Socom ammo I can crawl under and pick up before I get into it.

I'm trying to find out if it's open 24-7, but I don't think that the Walmart on Crenshaw in Inglewood paid they phone bill, because noone is picking up. But yeah, I'll be there at midnight if I can get confirmation they are getting it by Monday.
