Xplay is reporting that Konami isnt allowing reviewers to report on quite a few things, beyond obvious plot spoilers. They're refusing any talk about length of cutscenes and space required to install the game. Pretty shady stuff.

EGM said the same thing in the July issue and even said that the reason they didn't do the review was because of that. The fact is, all of the info they say Konami doesn't want them to talk about has been talked about in other places. Like someone above said, we know how big the install is and we know there is the possibility of up to a 90 minute long cutscene.

Oh i agree completely. No doubt in my mind the game will live up to the series, just odd konami is being so overly secretive about even the technical information.

MGS1/2 spoilers, but will explain it:
[spoiler:2hk4j5ut]Ocelot's hand is cut by the ninja/gray fox in MGS1, at the end liquid dies from foxdie so between 1 and 2 solidus finds a surgeon who will implant liquid's hand onto ocelot... and for some reason, the nanomachines or what have you that were left in liquid's hand allow him to take over ocelot's mind and body during certain times in MGS2, especially when he's near Solid Snake... it seems like Liquid takes over completely by MGS4 though.[/spoiler:2hk4j5ut]

[spoiler:26ndhfhs]Ocelot is The Boss' son... there's a conversation in MGS3 between Snake and EVA that doesn't flat out SAY IT, but it says that his mother gave birth to him on the battlefield, and they had to close her up fast so it came out leaving a scar shaped like a snake on her chest... and obviously the phone conversation at the end proves that Ocelot is also ADAM. IIRC correctly, EVA also says that Ocelot's mother had an affair with someone close to her in her unit, so assuming that's Ocelot's father and knowing The Boss' backstory, I would assume that father/lover is The Sorrow, which in turn would also sort of explain how Liquid can take over Ocelot's body... correct me if i'm wrong BRP?[/spoiler:26ndhfhs]
