Technically, you could just have one button for all of that with some creative /macro set use, just gotta keep the R2/L2 or Ctrl/Alt held down and watch the display at the top that says which macro you're in, when it changes you just tap X/0-9 again and sit back and chuckle.

My "I TANK IT UP!" three button voke macro does that.
