Probably doesn't have the many years worth of updates though, which kind of sucks, because that's a lot of download time... especially if they have slow servers.

Here's to hoping they'll be releasing the new expansions this way the same day they hit their 'official' retrail release date (gg shipment delays) so I don't have to pre-order a damn copy or blow some gas searching every store for a copy hidden beneath a rack of Halo3.

I bought WoW through Direct2Drive a long time ago. If it's anything similar to how I received the codes then, you should see it immediately after your payment is processed and it's also sent to your email.

But this is SE, so you have to mail in a notarized copy of your receipt before they'll send the codes.
