You're absolutely right, if I was deciding on whether he keeps his job, I wouldn't fire him for the sand pic, I'd fire him because he's looking at ffxi sites at work. Also anyone who's freaked out about a picture of sand getting them fired has other issues.

I'd say it would fare quite a bit better than Seiryu's/Ridill, but probably not as good as Man/Ridill, or just swapping to a Gaxe to be fair.

There is a nice little lumping of stats on that sword, but it's hard to beat for jeunopose!
