That's Valaineral R Davilles Weaponskill. And before anyone posts the Greatsword Weaponskill that looks like a giant version of Hyoton, that's Spine Chiller and it belongs to Leonoyne. The Sword one that looks like it's shooting yellow, exploding, sparks everywhere? That's Glory Slash, it belongs to Bartholomew. Or Duskraven's Warden of Terror, or Invincible Shield's Napalm Tomahawk, or Ashmea B Greinner's Prominence, etc etc...

None of these are new, they've all been ingame for a while now. >_>
