I usually have 2 gearsets for JoL. Enmity/haste for building hate, and MDB for when I have hate. PLD/RDM is very easy to hit hate cap on so I tank in MDB gearset most of the time. I go for almost full MDB as I tend to have a lot of HP anyway (elvaan and merits). I would recommend having at least 1300 HP incase something goes wrong.

I've never really noticed Aerial Collision as being a problem. My LS has the summons pulled very quickly using diaga and I don't actually recall getting hit much. As for stoneskin, I tend to cast my own. We never use SMNs in the tank party and usually MP is fine due to BRD + RDM. Never bothered with a +MND gearset for it though. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't have one though, other than laziness.
