I have a friend who used to read CAD religiously and as far as I know the recent miscarriage comic made him give up on it.

The Blog Post that accompanied that Comic was far worse.

I've been reading CAD for years, and I'll admit it's not so much about laughs but chuckles, and even they are few and far between.

CAD is really like a TV movie; you keep it Bookmarked and read it because you can leave your mind on Cruise Control. It's like the TV you watch when at a Barbers or the A&E room.

I'd compare it to a popcorn movie like 5th Element or some such, but those movies are actually entertaining.
