RDM/SCH + Bio III

I've looked around a bit and found this formula for Bio III

??? - 210 7/tick
211 - 250 8/tick
251 - ??? 9/tick

(approx 10 ticks per merit level)

With having the ability to /SCH and dark arts which bumps the RDM base skill from 200 to 256. Has another tier for Bio III be established? A quick glance on some gear (or at least the previous knowledge of 250 being a tier) that +50 gear can be obtained for RDM indicates that 300+ skill would also be obtainable.

Has anyone done testing to see if 10/tick Bio III is obtainable? With the update around the corner and a 2:30 duration Bio III is making me want to consider it.

With a base skill of 0-200 Dark Arts boosts the skill to 246, not 256, just fyi.

Belkin claims 291 @ 12dmg/tic is the highest possible (so i guess 'yes' to your question)
