That's not true. SMN can solo a bunch of shit that most jobs cant, they always did well on hnm with decent damage/tp given and no enmity issue and they can be very handy in certain scenario (assault).

Man, the dev team certainly is trying to please this time around. Hopefully the update will deliver, and they will keep up their game.

(And I hope it is a new Summon, not just a mob like Cerberus, since I have taken to leveling SMN to 37. I want to frolic in the dunes with my little pony.)

Well I hope Ixion will be Diabolos like, so you have to fight it on a mission and and then later the avatar fight, because besides Diabolos mission, all avatars are pushovers fights.

Sounds cool. The only avatars I know are the servers so I didn't know wtf this was. >( Maybe we can change one of the useless servers to Ixion to make up for it.
