Positive. 'The OC' may be a California Republican stronghold but nothing beats Central Florida for being a stronghold of pure stupid:

There are almost 20 Republican members of Congress from our state, if that helps cement the notion for you.

As long as I'm posting newspaper imagery:

The Central Valley of California is as far to the religious right as any part of the South.

Is there anywhere on the net you can order Zimbabwan currency? I think carrying around $500 million dollars in my back pocket would be pretty awesome.

We sure that's not Orange County, CA? It's a Republican stronghold.

Do we have a source for this?

I drive over a fair part of Orange and Seminole counties on a daily basis here in Orlando, and I've never seen that sign.

I'm curious what the rest of the caption says. It sounds like a single nutjob decided to use his own money for it.

*edit* it also seems... old. Like maybe the 2004 election time period.

Reminds me of this upscale restaurant I went to in Asheville, NC and overlooking the patio dining area was this gawdawful, tacky blood-spattered sign protesting "the war" and listing either a bunch of names of dead people or song lyrics or something and a hueg like xbox tagline in black bold lettering on top of it. It wasn't advertising anything specific, just a new-age cry for attention.
